There is a saying “If you take care of your mind, you take care of the world”. The human mind is the most powerful tool one can have as it can create new ideas out of nothing and is the driver of all your behaviours. As such, it is imperative to take care of one’s mental health and wellbeing as the lack of good mental health will be detrimental to one’s physical health too.
