Analyzing technique will help you improve your execution form, meaning if you improve how you do the exercise you are more likely to have gains to your advantage.
Be very wary of the correct technique. Have your coaches find examples to help you understand the correct movement patterns to use for comparison or, be sure your coaches are the ones you are sharing the film with to review together.
Building these relationships with your coaches and growing together will help you move closer to your goals faster.
